It would be good to have another manufacturer build a prototype.

Peugeot also want to race a deisal engine (in whatever arena they choose to race).
An LMP1 is the obvious route, especially as the likes of Audi are likely to go down this route sooner rather than later. Not sure if a diesal would be competitive in the WTCC? And to improve the image of the humble diesal, its far better to race it in a sleek prototype rather than a shopping car! |

ACO has confirmed on Ouest France that a french factory could be back in 2006... but the Chairman Jean-Claude Plassart does'nt spill the beans and let the initiative to the factory.

I would love to see Peugeot back with a prototype. The 905 is one of my favorite cars and I'd be quite excited to see their modern day interpretation. Say that it is so!

Would be fantastic to have Peugoet back as a works team at Le Mans IMO, Audi and Porsche and Zytek could use some competition.

I'd be dispointed if we don't have at least one good news in the weeks to come... or at least some interresting expectations...

Bumping of this thread is surely to be classified as "fake news"!...
