Says there that he is the boss of Red Bull Motorsport, what has he been doing for 32 years since he stopped driving after his accident?

He has run racing teams in F2 and sportscars and mentored young Austrian drivers notably Gerhard Berger.
Recently he has run the Red Bull Junior Team in Formula 3000 and acted as an advisor to Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz.

I think he is Dr Helmut Marko, could be wrong?

Yes I think you might be right about the Doctor part. Believe he trained and got a PHD before he started racing.

Didn't know that, well good on him, glad to see he made a living fom racing even after his terrible accident.

Don't you worry about Dr. Marko, I assure you he is doing just fine
He is a Doctor of Laws, is also in the real estate business, and owns a luxury hotel or two

His last team was an IRL outfit but he only ran that for a very short time (half a season?) before concentrating on his role as advisor to Red Bull. A less stressful gig I would assume.
