Hi Folks!!!
Who's going to this year's Le Mans? I desperately want to go, but couldnt be bothered to drive. I have seen that Page and Moy are doing Coach tickets for £99 plus the entrance fee (which is going to be arounf £40 I think) I think that this is quite a fair price considering how much the Ferry is going to cost plus Petrol etc etc.... What do you think? |

I hear that the coaches are less than pleasant places to be on the return trip after a weekend of soap dodging, beer drinking etc.
Another alternative is to get the Eurostar to Paris and TGV to Le Mans, my brother and his mate did that in 2000 which worked out a good value trip as they could get the 'Youth' (<27yrs) fare. |

I dont think there's much chance of me getting on a youth ticket!! But thanks for the advice!!

You will have to sleep on the bus if you take that P&M trip. It is only for the very young and those with permanently clogged sinuses.
They have more expensive trips where you can camp, but if you are going on your own you'd better book now. |
