2011 Intercontinental Rally Challenge
Since the Rally de la Argentina (Córdoba) will be back to the 2011 World Rally Championship, Argentine promoters are looking for a replacement. The chosen one seems to be the Rally de los Alerces (Chubut) the first week of March.

2011 Intercontinental Rally Challenge schedule:
January 19-22 - Monte Carlo (asphalt) March 4-6 - Alerces, Argentina (gravel) April 14-16 - Canarias, Spain (asphalt) May 6-8 - Corsica, France (asphalt) June - 23-25 Ypres, Belgium (asphalt) July 14-16- Açores, Portugal (gravel) August 4-6 - Madeira, Portugal (asphalt) August 26-28 - ZlÃ*n, Czech Republic (asphalt) September 9-11 - Mecsek, Hungary (asphalt/gravel) September 22-24 - Sanremo, Italy (asphalt) October 14-16- Scotland, UK (gravel) November 3-5 - Cyprus (gravel) Monte Carlo, Canarias, Ypres, Açores, Madeira, ZlÃ*n, Sanremo, Scotland and Cyprus remain. Curitiba, Córdoba and Sardegna are gone (the latter two to the World Rally Championship). Corsica, Alerces and Hungary are in. As I predicted, there will be one race less far from Europe. |

Gonna try and make it to Perth & Kinross for Rally Scotland next year, especially if we have Alister McRae to cheer on in the 207 (assuming he gets the seat, although he is still driving that Proton just now in Asia, isn't he?)

Thought I saw something saying he had agreed to drive the Proton in the IRC next year. So you'll have him to cheer on but not in the car you thought!

Subaru will start in IRC with Impreza R4 Autosport
Toshi Arai and Fumio Nutahara wil co-operate in driving a Subaru Impreza R4’s (depending homologation) in a number of IRC rallies. Arai wants to do Corsica, Azoren, Hungary, Scotland and Cyprus. Livery from Gardemeister's Skoda  Czech championship series so much information that Jan Kopecky participate in a series of factory Fabia S2000. Kopecky series supports IRC championship pursuit.
