I'm not sure nickname's can be confirmed. Some people call him that, but it's not like it's on his birth certificate!

...a few years ago I had the pleasure of walking with Montoya, his best friend and his little nephew from the car park to the paddock at Nazareth. Juan signed an autograph for me and his buddy referred to him as 'Monto'.

I've heard too that the Williams team call him 'The Monster.'

Zorro isn't really much of a nickname, it's just what David Letterman started to call him when he came on the Late Show several times back when he was still in CART. I didn't think it really caught on.
