Big Brother
Contain your excitement but "car racing champion" Jeremy Metcalfe is appearing on the new series of Big Brother... (For those that don't know, Martin raced in FR in 2007.)

Yeah, just read about it in The Sun, and this Metcalfe surname sounded the bell. Do not know how's he doing, because I don't watch this c.., but IMO this is his way to find backing, now question is: will making fool of himself in front of viewers help him? With another Jade Goody - Shelpa Shetty racial row won't discard him in the eyes of potential backers?

It could work out well for him. If he comes across well, and attains celeb status, it can only help to attract funding for a decent drive. On the other hand, if he comes across badly, or refers to anyone as a poppadum, it could be curtains for his career.
