alfaman should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Castle Combe FF1600 - April 16

I'm surprised no-one's talking about this!

Are there "still only 23 entries" - to quote a popular website....or have a few more joined in? Particularly any 'visiting' drivers.

I see the meeting is featured in today's Autosport. But when talking about the Combe championships which one do they choose to highlight? The good old poorly supported GTs!! Or as they put it the "esoteric" GT series.... Long words in Autosport whatever next...

Anyway any news on the Combe FF race is welcomed.

It's surprising where people spring up from at the last minute. I'd still expect the normal 30ish cars. I know testing was full today.

I reckon there will be about 28 - which in some ways might actually be better than a full 35. Less chance of them hitting each other...

Maybe there should be a round of the Southern Series [sorry MSV Championship] there. Less chance of them even seeing each other, never mind hitting each other

I would also be there for this race however, I'm sitting enjoying the sun in Barbados.

I will be back for Silverstone the following weekend and the next CC race (Race 4).

I'm looking forward to breaking into the top ten during the next round!! (Positive belief) : )

we need someone to beat Ed!

Would like to see Tim Reynolds take it but any of the top six could be in with a chance if last meeting was anything to by!

The racing was fab very entertaining last time hopefully we'll get the same tomorrow.

All credit to Ed and his success however, there are drivers in the CC series who will be beating him as the series continues. Law of averages...

Well gixxer you got your wish at Combe to-day, but lets be fair to Ed Moore when the chips are down he appears to be the only one who can pass Reynolds, Barnes fair and square. If It wasn't for a mechanical failure to-day and not a mistake as portrayed by the commenator at the time, then I'm sure it would have been Ed's race.

Yes podge i did but not how i'd like to have seen it,still it was another flippen brilliant race.
Thought reynolds looked super quick in qualifying but just goes to show that being spectacular does not always mean that you are as quick as you look.
ed does seem to have a very slippery car but you are right he does seem to be the only one able to pass!

Cheers, any clues what happened to Ward?

Glen, will you be testing before the race or will it be best guess and qualifying?
