Belgian Hospitality....

Yep, our boys are at it again, welcoming everyone with open arms,... and handcuffs!
They're sure trying very hard to make us lose our Grand Prix again!

Read on, but be warned... you might get angry...

Was anyone actually handcuffed? I think that part may be OTT.

It seems they clearly should have been allowed to stay in that area.

But what will the FIA actually do about this? I don't think they'll end up (able to) do anything apart from threaten to take the GP away. It'll end up as an internal Police matter and disappear.

But has happened several times before - photographers getting arrested merely for being by the circuit.

FIA/Bernie will be more than happy to take someone's GP away for the slightest of reasons, given that it would save them money next year with the 19 GPs they're planning on.

1200Datto27 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Because the Police entered into an area that THEY where not allowed to be in, and removed people who where legally going about there jobs, with out any authorisation to do so. And then stood and watched the start of the race from said vantage point.

They bodily removed and in some cases arrested accredited FIA journalists from areas they were allowed to be in and were under the supervision of the marshals...it's not a story about 'some journalist.'
