T - Cars
I've just got back from Oulton Park and the highlight of the day was the second T Cars race. Sure, there may only have been 9 starters, but from the start through to lap 8, the lead battle contained 6 cars going hammer and tongs.
In the early stages, championship leader Matt Wilson hit race leader Phil Rose, sending him down the order, but Phil (if you excuse the pun) rose to the occasion, charging from (one from) the back to take a fine second place. But this was over 5 seconds behind young Dan Hoy (no relation to Will) who took a win in only his 4th ever car race. More of this please. |

I thought he was too, but having seen the T Cars press pack today, I can confirm that he is not Will's son
