Today I was on post with Dave Brand and we were surrounded by ducks. Unusually for a post with Dave on it we didn't have to.

I have no idea how he failed to pile that into the barriers. The conclusion we came to was that both Dave and I tend to be magnetic and we must have been opposing poles, thus repelling the car as it approached instead of drawing it in as normal.

Coincidentally I have been on post with a Pole in the past, just to keep things on topic...

When I go marshaling, there's always racing nearby. What's the chances of that?

My favourite corner at Oulton is Shell.......this rhymes with bell, my mothers maiden name is Dingle .......which is similar to the noise a small bell makes when shook rapidly................

In 5 1/2 years of marshalling, I have ended up in the med centre twice .... Those are the only two occasions I've been on post with one particular PC.

Do you mean to get into the Grand Prix? That cost a few bob.
(Well for those that had to pay.)

Another absolutely amazing coincidence that no one has mentioned so far, is that Silverstone is just like the Marshal's Forum.

Can you guess what why?

Answers to be kept clean, there may be ladies present.
