Andrew W should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
MotoGP - Laguna Seca

Well, to my friends here, what a rush. I had a blast, the vibe was in. I met some folks from my own country, Andrew Northcott to name but one. It was a blast, and I was so stoked to see Nicky Hayden win. His brothers are just as charming as him (I shoot AMA as well). Great weekend and being one of only 10 US accredited photogs on the grid blew my mind (I only found out afterwards..)

Some shots for now...In no particular order

Andrew, great stuff of course, I'm glad you take the time to colour correct and tone your images. Many photogs on this board could learn a few things in Photoshop from these images.

Thanks all...

I agree, it really makes a difference and for me, it's all part of the job especially as I shoot in RAW only I have no choice!!

One more for now.

was debating on looking in, as I know a friend taped the race for me, but wasn't going to be seeing it for awhile--so, yup, nice to see your work again, but ya buggered up the surprise--good for him though, what a great story. Nice to hear that the Haydens are nice people, have seen them on Speedvision and Speed for years, albeit through my "Speed" pusher (we're consciously cable and satellite luddites tv wise).

Come on DJB, ya gotta keep up like!

Seriously, a good race, and the crowd chanting "GO NICKY" following what for an expat Brit, was a bit of a sad week prior made for a good weekend..

well, priorities you know, don't really have the time family/work-wise to have Speed, as I know it wouldn't be a good idea. Maybe when the kids are older...

Hey I understand, and to be honest, I'm wondering where the old Speed went. It just ain't the same channel as it used to be...

Terrific colours and panning - very nice. I like the tight crops too.

Love your work Andrew W

As stefan illused to, personally I really like the vibrant colours and "close up" shots, not something you see very often Variety is always nice

Would love to see a desktop shot of one of your favourite shots (1024x768). If you have one please PM it over
