Is the WRC going to tear itself apart?

There are at least three stories on worldrallynews.com currently that seem to show that the WRC is in a mess.

Teams are in dispute with the FIA over driver rules / no. of events, with the ISC over reduced service, and the event organisers may soon be at loggerheads with the FIA over fees.
