For those outside Toronto, arrangements can be made via contacting Scott Maxwell directly (as found on the website).
Here's the blurb Scott released for the sale:

BOB BROCKINGTON BOOK AUCTION
AUCTION RULES & FORMAT
Thank you for the interest in this great collection of motoring and motorsport books left by our friend and noted motorsport historian Robert Brockington. Below is a summary of the structure we will hold the auction under.
Firstly, Mini Grid is not an auction house. We are conducting this auction for Bob and his family as he was an instrumental part in the original history of Mini Grid and spent countless hours helping George Maxwell develop the business built on a mutual passion and friendship. Therefore, we are intent on keeping the auction relaxed, fun and enjoyable as Bob would have wished, while at the same time trying to obtain a fair price for the collection.
Keeping this in mind, here are the general rules and format for the auction.
The live auction will take place beginning at noon Sunday, April 30th. The entire collection can be viewed beginning at 10am on Sunday.
Reserve Price
A reserve has been placed on all books, and all reserve prices can be seen listed on the auction website. All books are listed in Canadian dollars. The books will not be sold for less than the reserve price.
Pre-event bids
All books are open for bids immediately, and any bids above reserve price will be listed and adjusted on the website as they change. The highest bid prior to the live auction will then become the opening reserve price for that item at the actual live auction. If no further bids are received then the item will be sold to the 'pre-event' bidder. This will help accommodate out of town/country buyers. Out of town buyers may also wish to leave a higher bid in the event that their bid is topped, and this bid will be represented by a designated Mini Grid employee during the live auction. Out of town bid winners will be notified on Monday, May 1. Bids must be in writing or emailed to auction
Live Auction
All bidders at the live auction must register in advance or on auction day to be admitted. All registered bidders will be allocated a bidding card. Registration requires supplying form of payment used shall you win a bid on an item. Books will be auctioned off individually, and all bids must be in full dollar amounts only.
Payment
Payment is due immediately. Forms of payment accepted include cash, cheques and money orders. Unless paying by cash, all books will remain at Mini Grid until payments have cleared. Shipping charges will apply to any books that require mailing after the auction. All payments should be made out to Scott Brockington.
PLEASE NOTE: Auction Rules & Format are a work in progress. Further additions and details will follow.
