Have any of you ordered from this place?
I tried, but have decided to take my business back to Speedgear. For a limited time Web-F1-Shop have free shipping and I tried to order a Ferrari polo shirt. However, it won't go through. And it does not even appear to be encrypted. I inquired to the 2 e-mailed addresses that appear on their site. One was broken, and I have not recieved a reply from the other. So have any of you guys had any better luck with this place? |

I have another one for you to avoid - Grand Prix Inc. I ordered a Minardi watch and that turned up pretty quick (just over a week), but then I ordered a jacket and it took almost 7 weeks. It was ordered on approx. the 16th of October. Following a rude email to them it turned up - the dispatch date on the parcel saying the 1st December.
Slapped wrists all round. The best one I've used so far is Kitbag - they dispatch on the same day. |

Well I still have not heard anything from them, so I'm just going to order the shirt from speedgear. Speedgear charges an arm and a leg for shipping, but they seem to be reliable.
Web-F1-Shop is the first online store that I have had trouble with. They say they have free shipping. I guess that is because nobody can order from them. Kitbag doesn't seem to have much selection. Plus, living in North America, the shipping would probably be too expensive. On second thought, Im going to Montreal next weekend and there is an F1 store there. Maybe I'll just forget about the internet. |

Have to agree there about Kitbag - their range is very limited... then again, so is Minardi's...

Jay, if you have stuff shipped in as a gift, you won't have to pay duty on it at least. I get my gear from Grand Prix Legends, but they are not very reliable vis a vis diecasts.

If I'm shopping for F1 gear on the net I almost always go to Grand Prix Legends as I know they are totally reliable. As for this Web-F1-Shop I had never heard of it until reading this post so that shows how successful they are. Kitbag is good also but as commented on before in this thread their range is too limited.

In the UK I'd recommend Speed Retail - they are a shop in Buckingham who offer an excellent friendly service with an extremely fast (a couple of days) delivery on their mail order service. If you are near Silverstone, pay a visit - they always have great offers.
