FIA Homologation papers - 1965 Shelby GT350

Guys - was wondering if someone could point me in the direction on how to obtain the FIA Homologation papers for a 1965 Shelby GT350 - apparently:

Shelby GT 350
- Two FIA homologation forms are valid:
- n° 191 «Mustang Shelby GT 350», with front and rear tracks of 144.8cm.
- n° 504 «Ford Shelby GT 350», with 148.8cm front track and 147.3cm rear track. Page 11 of this form
is not accepted.

try the FIA direct, they have a good website, or through your local ASN (sorry not to be specific but you haven't put your country in your profile) - or did you mean where can I get them without paying?

Yes, as MGDavid says, through the organisation that runs motorsport in your country (ASN). Phone them with the form numbers you quote, pay the money and that's it.

Sometimes owners clubs have the forms and will let members borrow them, and I guess preparation companies for the model will have their own copies. Owners of FIA spec cars will also have them within their HTP for their car.

Some confusion herein.The only homologation from valid for a 1965 Shelby 350GT is number 191
