Will Crawford make the cut?
While I think the Crawford SCC-K is probably one of the most beautiful cars out there I doubt if it will be effective.
What Crawford needs to do in my opinion is to bring the rear-end more into line with the current philosophy. Second loose the full-roll hoop and lighten the car. then it will stand a chance in the ALMS which they intend to compete in. |

This is the early version at the first Daytona tests. A layer model had a much flatter nose without the bulge in the middle. Try this link for more photos of the Crawford and other new cars.
