Just so that everyone is clear on the engine regs

I think this item will finally put to rest what the FIA require from the teams as regards engine homologation.

bosch! should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I still see it as a bit of a problem though. Imagine that Toyota, Ferrari or who ever come up with an engine that is 50 - 70 hp down, they are going to be locked into racing that dog for 2 years.

50-70 is unimaginable, not with v8, never. try 10-15. 50-70 was the case when they were on v10s AND engine development was allowed throught the season, so the manufacturers might ended the season with that sort of advantage as compared to those who bought their engines (jag vs minardi for example) but the top manufacturers, even in the v10 era, they never been that far from eachother, they all know every little trick in this business, 20-30top could have happend (1998-1999 in favour of Mclaren) but that was it.

No one seems interested in using the most powerful one anyway.I think they're all around the 800 bhp mark give or take 10 or 20.The 19,000 rpm limit will probably even things out more IMO.
