The new site is having a rest at the moment bazzer, cos SD's nursing a dicky knee after a woopsie at Croix - as mentioned elsewhere. The zetec conversion dedate seems to have died down now, a controversial subject !

I was talking about this JR :
July 18/19th "Hot and Arid" at Croix Rounds 7 & 8 of the BARC/BRSCC Classic FF1600 Championship took place at Croix in very hot conditions, over 100 deg F on the Saturday. The two races were won by Simon Davey and Dave Lowe - see the Classic FF1600 website for an excellent report by bridesmaid Anthony Wills, who had a stonking weekend to claim two second o/a's but couldn't quite get to the flag first in either race. Simon Davey distinguished himself in the second race by tripping over the armco as he legged it away from the scene of a minor indiscretion, and dislocating his knee. sounds like SD is back in the saddle now, well keyboard anyway. Yes hope it goes well ...... |
