Hapul should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
opinions needed!

I'm from Australia, and i know very little about champ cars.
I'm just interested to know what you think of the gold coast indy 300 as a round.
Is is a good one, is it one that you could give a miss?
I'm just curious

If you are planning on attending, DO IT! Attending a race is way more fun than watching on television, and I love watching on television. Surfer's has nice long straights with tight turns on the ends. In other words you will be able to watch the cars at thier extremes of speed and braking. Once again, DO IT!

Surfers as a place is a little too touristy for me, but as a race venue it cannot be beat. With the V8's on the ticket as well for the race weekend, it is my opinion that this is THE BEST RACE WEEKEND IN THE WORLD OF ANY KIND.

thanks for that.
The V8s are touch-and-go as to wheather it is a good event giving our category good exposure.
If it's a great round for you guys, that's great.

Well, last year I flew to the Surfers Paradise race all the way from the west coast of the US. I have been to many Champ Car races over the years but Surfers by far had the best "party" atmosphere of any race I had been to.
Surfers is not generally a great spectator race due to the small amount of race track you can see. But the general madness is very tough to beat!!!

Go if you have a chance!! I will be back for that race, probably in 2007.
