Off the top of my head, I can think of:

Nathan Antunes - British Formula BMW
James Davison - US Formula BMW
Will Power - World Series by Renault
Barton Mawer - British Formula 3 (Scholarship Class)
Christian Jones - Asian Formula 3

there are two other young aussies racing in formula bmw in the asian series

one is michael patrizi (21) from perth who is an australian karting champion, raced for birel in karts in europe, done formula ford in australia last year and has a fair bit of experience and is a bmw junior driver for 2005...

and the other is charlie-ro charlez (19) who is australian but races under a malaysian licence as he's been living there for sometime but is looking at changing to an australian cams licence soon... charlez doesn't have much experience but is running strong currentlly 2nd in the championship...

Chris Atkinson in WRC, Ryan Briscoe in IRL and Marcus Marshall in Champ Cars.

of course.

Shannon O'Brien recently won the NZ Formula Ford championship, does that count?

Neil Cunningham races the British GT series. David Brabham in selected ALMS events.

Actually there is also Sam Zavaglia and Warren McIlveen racing at the World Superkart Challenge at Laguna Seca this weekend (support race for MotoGP with Rainey, Lawson & Schwantz racing them too). Last year Warren finished second, and Sam should have been second ahead of Warren but for a last lap mechanical DNF.

Admittedly Warren isn't young, but Sam is and they are in the top ten fastest Superkarters in the world.

There is also Wade Cunningham (admittedly from New Zealand), who is leading the IRL Infiniti Pro Series.
