OK, Gang.....This is how I scored qualifying since it got rained out....

In the past, the IRL would set the field based on Combined Practice results...
that made it easy for me to score the quals section, becuse you had real times from the track...

This time they didn't...the grid was set on season points.

Thus I scored the grid based on how they will line up.

for the speed, I did go to the Combined Practice results and took the top speed (regardless of who set it) for the pole speed, and the slowest speed obviously was done the same way....

No one had Dario on the pole

drdisque was closest to the speed: Actual - 172.974 dr's pick - 174.105

In the "Top Six" section, everyone but drewdawg earned 6 pts. drew got 4 pts. there

All picked Milka as the slowest for 2 pts.

drewdawg was closest to the slow speed: Actual - 160.352 drew- 158.141

by getting both, he also got the 2 pt. bonus.

Peno had Sharp for the "Just Miss for 2 pts., and marcus, AlwaysFirst & drewdawg had selected drivers who made the Top Six for 1 pt. each

Points after Quals:

1. drewdawg - 11 pts.
2. dr.disque - 10 pts
(tie) Peno - 10 pts.
4. marcus - 9 pts.
(tie) Alwaysfirst - 9 pts.
6. OpenWheel - 8 pts.

Good Luck Tonight!!!!

Dario led at avery milestone and the only one to get points here was AlwaysFirst with 2 pts.

OpenWheel, AlwaysFirst and drdisque all had Milka as the first car out for 2 pts.

drdisque got 2 pts for Buddy Rice as the "Mover - 12th - 5th

No one had Hornish as the "Fall" - 5th - 15th
