Oakes is definitely driving BMW this year and will be backed by Red Bull.

I'm just out in Valencia with our BMW's, Chris is doing really well with our comparison data to Danny Watts and Tim Sugden. They are all really pushing each other to get faster and faster. We are also doing a lot of constructive set up testing with more advanced data.
Back on Monday then we fit in 2 days at Brands and 2 at Mondello (where there will be about 12 FBMW's) before the ban on 1st Feb. |

I've found out it wasn't Oli Oakes in the Renault after all, it was his brother.

nah, that's one of the joys of fbmw. noone knows who anyone is. you just have to keep a very close eye on it all so you can call everyone's bluff and declare you think x is the best driver

2006 marks the return of Rowan Racing who have purchased an ex Pegasus Motorsport car. It is great to have Ray back in frontline motor racing.

There was a problem with the gearbox that meant the rear thrust washer rubbed against the bearing. Ended up costing a lot of speed and 1 1/2 hours in the pits sorting it out.
You did bloody well, to be honest I wasnt expecting you to be this quick this soon. Well done. |
