MG racing in Portugal
I read with interest that the MG sportscar drivers entered a 500km race down in Portugal in a near production MG... what does this mean if anything?? Would MG consider producing a SP race car??

"finishing 16th overall, leaving behind more then half of the contenders"
The MG spiel is a bit transparent here isn't it? Surely if you qualify 16th, 15 other cars have kleft oyu behidn. I wonder why MG ahven't made a fuss about that fact!?!?! |

erm... they have! The MG was the only road car in the field, and on road tyres too, they quite clearly are delighted that just 15 cars were able to beat them...! Oh, and I think you got your qualifying and race results mixed up too...
Excellent job, MG. |

from what i read on crash.net yesterday the car wasnt completely road going, it had been stripped out and a racing seat had been installed (dont think theyd let em race with just a normal seat belt on.)
