Pretty sure the second picture is of the same incident, taken about half a second later--kart 133 has moved from the left to the right of the shot. Presumably the unfortunate driver has done the same thing, sliding from out of frame left in the first picture, to the left hand side of the second picture.
That third picture is in this week's Autosprout (which never covers karting). Looks pretty expensive for all involved... |

actually if you look at the first picture carefully you can see the driver just behind no 133 by his wheel
In the third i think there are a few more people involved because the intrepids front half is in the air(well the back of the frame is nearly touching) |

Riki Christodoulou had a nasty one a few races back in the Euro champs. Saw a nasty flip where i race too involving one of them Birels, one of the fathers commented tongue im cheek how it always seems to be the Birels that are beaten up

wow that 3rd pic is an awesome one.
sure was nasty for the competitors but kudos to the photographer , that is superb capturing
