banbury should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Seat Harness.

Just bought a new set for this season and it seems that only the lap straps have the FIA label on them, not the shoulder straps. Is this correct,as I thought all straps had to have the FIA label on them.

Threw my old ones in the rubbish bin so can`t check them.
Have a feeling I`ve been sold a duff set!

Can only find in the Blue Book that they must be FIA Label Approved.

I'm pretty sure they all need to be labelled, the scruts definitely check all parts and you can't mix and match. What make and where did you get them from?

Just pulled my old ones out of the bin and you`re right, each strap has its own label.

The make was Takata, bought via a company on e Bay called Jap Tune Up in Balham.

Think I have been "Tucked Up".

Anyway, ordered a new set from a more reputable source elsewhere.

I broke my own rule "buy Cheap, buy Twice".

Not sure if this would help but depending when you bought them you could always try for a refund/dispute with them or pay pal.

I got a refund from Paypal this week with no problem, I sent an email to the vendor to explain that the part supplied didn't work.
