US GP tobacco sponsorship
Noticed this last year but put it down to 9/11 events
The Ferraris, BARs and Jordans run the tobacco free liveries in America, but the McLarens and Renaults carry the tobacco brands on the cars. Does anyone know why this is? Apologies if this has been discussed before. Cheers |

Marlboro isn't allowed to sponser Ferrari in USA as it sponsers Penske in IRL, US law doesn't allow a fag company to run liveries in 2 series.
