I really hope Ambrose can bag the double here at The Glen, I just hope he doesn't need an engine change or something and dropped down the grid like he has experienced in previous years..

It was a gift, speed in pit road. He has like a 12-15 second lead in the rain.
Making a braking mistake on the final corner was a gift to Carl Edwards. Cutting the car off and couldn't get re-fired, allowing Jimmy Johnson to win, another Gift. He's been the guy to beat and I know why, V8 Supercars have, straight axles, too much power and narrow tires. Sound familiar? |

Taz screwed the entry into 1 on the restart and is back to 4th. Looks like we'll get a good battle between the Dinger and Taz. Edit: Taz made quick work of AJ Last edited by fieldodreams79; 8 Aug 2010 at 18:35. Reason: TAZ, of course! |

...as Ambrose showed respect in turn 1 to the bottom of the esses. He really could have forced the issue and caused a mess, but he eased back and now is easing towards the lead.
Green flag stops...leaders are in. John Paul out first. |
