RB dealt well with the imaginary gremlins in Max’ car!
They only come out in second place! |

Merc for outperforming Ferrari. Of course I could and maybe should have voted RBR.

I voted Mercedes on the basis that the results basically indicated the relative balance of performance right across the field.
Only Mercedes lifted themselves (both cars) above what the free practices and qualifying indicated. |

McLaren.. for showing that despite dumping the apparently deadweight #DR3, that race strategy, race pace, pit stops and sheer luck.. are no better than last season’s horror story..

I can't vote for anyone else than Red Bull as they're head and shoulders (and most of the torso too) ahead of the opposition. It's just a breeze for them right now. To be honest, it's only Alonso that's keeping it interesting (plus watching the newbies doing pretty well).

Red Bull - you don't have to like them to acknowledge that they are far and away the dominant team right now. Just hope there is a real challenge soon or its going to be a dull season.

Well, you know there's one reason they are dominant. THEY CHEATED! Yes, they overspent last year, which will show on the development and design of this years car!
That and they have Newey. Sure they are going to win everything this year, who's there to stop them? The FIA? I voted Mercedes, as I find it really inspiring to see a team which claim their car is a pile of... pull together and get solid points in the upper ten. Also a decent show by Haas actually. |
