Sebastien Bourbais - 2005 Champ Car World Series Champion
By claiming provisional pole on the slippery streets of Surfers Paradise, Sebastien Bourdais has secured his second successive Champ Car World Series title.
Congratulations on another very impressive season! |

Congratulations, Sebastien.
Although your season was fraught with controversy, it was a fine one nonetheless. |

Congratulations on getting his name right BootsOntheSide as it is not a capital m.
Back on topic, I would rather the title was won on the track, there could have been so many ifs this season... |

The title has been won on the track - Bourdais has scored more points than anyone else!

Shame Paul had so many incidents mid-season....he was the man for a while.
Bourdais has been utterly consistent though and deserves this more than anybody. How long can the F1 guys overlook this Frenchman? |

By the way, the proper way would be "Sébastien", but I understand lack of accents for English keyboards (as in "ServiÃ*", actually).

As I am so iron-fisted about spelling of names, I deserve a good slapping.
I really didn't mean it and I don't know how my finger missed the 'd' by so far ...... A racing incident I would say. And Luke makes a very valid (if slightly cheeky) point. |
