Kyle Tilley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Question regarding licences

Hi all,

I've got my ards licence and want to keep it on for 2009 as im racing ff1600, but would also like to do the odd historic stage rally.
Can i do it on my ards one, i called the msa and the person i spoke to didnt know!!

What do you mean by an ARDS licence, have you taken the test and passed?

I would assume you have a Nat B licence. You would do better asking this in the Rallying forum so I'll move it over there.

thanks, i wasnt really sure where to put it!
Basically i've got a nat. B ARDS license and wondered if its ok to enter stage rallies using it, or if i need a BARS license.

Hope im making sense!!

I'm pretty much certain you'd need to take a BARS test (I know if you've done a BARS you can't go circuit racing without taking an ARDS).
