Van Diemen RF01 Setup
I have just started working on a Van Diemen RF01 running a kent engine in Australia. They run on the treaded Avon tyre.
The previous owner of the car did not supply much useful setup information for the car as there record keeping wasnt very good. Does anyone know a suitable setup that we could put on the car so that we can start testing? The driver is inexperienced so a setup that is close to what we need to run would be appreciated. It has Eibach dampers, running 800 lb front springs and 400 lb rear springs, has the standard roll bars and wishbones. Thanks Mike. |

I would hope you have 400lbs on the front and 800lbs on the rear for a start
Contact John Loebell at Medina Sport as he might be able to help |

There's an article in CCC magazine (car & car conversions I think it was called) which has an article about VD zetec. This was Jan 2000 so I presume its about a 99 car.
Anyhow, spring rates were 400 front, 600 rear. This is with a zero-droop setup on the front |
