Duval will be a world champion

I think that Belgium will have a new World Champion for the future, with Duval making more progress than expected...What do you guys think?

There's a good chance. He'll definitely be up there with Markko, Petter and Loeb as future stars of the WRC, and Malcolm Wilson will no doubt be grooming his pair for when Carlos and Colin retire or move on.

I think we have to be careful crediting drivers such as this after a few good performances. Remember how much Loix disappointed and also Markko in the Subaru.
Cyprus s a very hard to read rally and the fact that these guys were quick on the first day illustrates that.
They are very good though and Duval in particular will go far if Wilson lets him. As for Martin and Loeb, they need to impress more elsewhere to give me the impression that they can win world rallies anywhere.

Maybe the problem for Duval was that his car had been used for a 3 day test the weekend before and it decided it was enough ?
