The Tool Man should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
2004 Endurance Drivers.

With the news that Richo senior and Junior are teaming up together in the castrol car for the enduros ?
and the possibility that if Larry decides to have another go he will inflict himself on some poor young driver to co drive with.
Who will drive with Tony Longhurst ? I have a prediction that it MAY be Mathew White.
When Tony was with Briggs Betta Electrical Team in 2002, a driver I knew well tested the Teams Cat Car for an endurance drive that he told me at the time was either to drive with Max Wilson or as Lead driverin the Cat car- Neither eventauted for him. But when I asked "Why arent you even considered to Drive with Tony ?" he told me Tony had demanded Mathew White as Co Driver as he had a lot of respect for the young guy. Maybe we will see the sucessful Longhurst/ White combo again, this time in Castrol Holden Colours.

Anyone got any GUESSES or PREDICTIONS - (Doesnt have to be factual - just based on some sort of Logic) as to who might drive with who or who YOU would like to see drive with each other in the Enduros in 2004.

I think that you will see a lot more of the Konica drivers step up this year. That field is hot.

Some GUESSES of mine (judged with a little thought and background)

Crompton to drive for a HMS Team or FPR
McLean to a HMS Team
Leahey to Tasman
Canto to FPR or 888
Mezera to drive with Longhurst
Stokell with Tratt
Bargs and Winterbottom together (#20), Larko and a veteran in #10
Faulkner for a HMS Team
Ritter and Marshall together again
DJR's Konica regs in #18
Pretty and Whincup for #33
Rat and Wilson #888, Rydell & Muller #88

I stress, NOT FACT, just some shared thoughts and hunches based on nothing more than the tumbling thoughts in my head that go round when Im boared.

I think you might find Larko will decide he doesnt want to do Sandown and Bathurst with no miles under his belt this year. He is on a hiding to nothing if he does come back, especially if it ends up Larry-style

I doubt Fernandez will get the call up from DJR for the 2nd seat either... perhaps a ride in his old car prepped by Rupprecht will be more likely.

No reason to think J.Faulkner wont share the seat with Paul Morris again.

Rusty and Marcos to have separate cars because of this livery issue again, hopefully with McLean and maybe Ritter to take seats along side each.

Tasman is likely to pick a Kiwi, perhaps F.Coulthard from their CC squad?

SHRT has 2 free seats with Richo and No Baloney now gone... here's hoping they pick one or more of the HYL crowd for these spaces, as a sign of the development program

KKRT I understand has asked for A.Priaulx to come back... 2nd seat empty though...

You're assuming TD has picked its second driver already? Or have I missed the announcement?

Now Colin McCrae has not got a regular drive will we see him here this year?

I would like to see Rydell back....heck maybe Aaron Slight could get a gig seeing he will be driving a Monaro in the UK.
