Dashboard
Live GPS and telemetry for each car will be available online from Taupo onwards via "A1GP.com Dashboard". Did anyone here get to use it during the trial run at Sepang?

yes, it's interesting to note on the circuit map the position of the cars, puts it in better perspective than just looking at timing data.

It's a fabulous idea. A1GP is actually 'thinking'
For the 'dial' though I would prefer the outer scale to be RPM and Speed on the inside. I prefer the RPM to be a lot more significant |

Just watched quali with the video stream, the live timing and the dashboard. Awesome stuff they've put up. Good idea, and works pretty well.

I used it on Practice 3 and the entire qualifying and didn't experience a single hitch... hmm...

I used 'Dashboard' for Practice 1,2,3 and qualifying no problems though cars sometimes seem to 'skip corners' on the track map.
I did get the 'Programme Not Available' msg when trying to view the video stream. Gave up then tried again and it worked but I had already missed Q1. |
