Phoenix Developments????
I've just bought a new race car...an E30 325 that competed in the Kumho championship in the early 90's. I'm having some problems though, with the ECU that is fitted. There's an LED on the top of the box and sometimes when the power is turned on it flashes, sometimes it flashes at a faster rate and sometimes it is just on! The car will only produce a spark when the light is flashing slowly. The ECU is by a company called Phoenix Developments. It's a basic aluminium box with basic looking electronics inside. Does anyone know of the company as I need to know what the flashing lights on the box are telling me!!

If there's a model number or some other type of ID on the engine controller you could always try a www.Google.com search. I tried Phoenix Engine Development and ECU and engine electronics..a bit more information might yield a some information.

Hi
Yeah I've tried all sorts but no luck! When I opened up the ECU, the circuit board has "POWA RANGA MK1" on it.... still searching! |
