OMG....why on earth would you ruin a race car like that and make it "street legal"? It'd make some interesting traffic light moments with the boy racers in their Saxo's tho

eh, there's actually not a huge market for no-longer raceable CART and IRL cars, I can understand why he'd do that. Some old CART cars go for under $20000 in "race" condition.
