Likewise, even last year's bad weather and the daunting long trip didn't put me off signing up for this one again.

Anybody remember this from the Saxmax session "Control from Rocket In, can we stop the session please, these are spinning on the straights!"

(And that's not a reflection on the standard of Saxmax, that's just how wet it was)

As there is a test day running on the Friday, you can turn up at any time and pitch up! There will be a fair few of us there already I expect.

If its half as good as this weekend has been it will be awesome!

I will be there too, it should be the usual great meeting on the track with the best views. Hope it can be as good a meeting as this last one was although the Sun may not want to play so soon and the forecast is not as bright. Early days though as the micro climate on Anglesey can throw anything at you, but come along and have fun

Yes I do, as I was on Rocket In - at least I stood my ground (mostly) - but I was filthy & knackered after helping to rebuild the wall for the dozenth time (or it felt like that many).

Deciding to run around the back of the post when one went off to the left & another to the centre of the post seemed like a good decision, right until the 3rd hit the recticell and launched it right past me. I don't think I've ever breathed in so much

At least they waited until it was dry on Sunday to roll one

Shower block is just down from the Marshals pitches, loo block is opposite showers, breakfast is very reasonable with a considerable discount for marshals in the Bar, where we sign on.
this link will give more info on locations of everything:

Camping here (but note that photo is old, the track itself has almost completely been re-designed since then, and bears almost no resemblence to the current layout):- http://maps.google.co.uk/?ie=UTF8&ll...02296&t=h&z=19

Just looking at the timetable, we have Saxmax quali at 12:20, followed presumably by lunch, followed by MR2 race at 13:30, Locost at 14:00, then Stock Hatch heat at 14:55.

Is there a race missing between Locost and Stock Hatch, or are we just expecting Locost to take that long to clean up (race duration is 13+1), or is that lunch, and we're expecting the Saxmaxes to make a mess?
