LucaBadoer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Well done Narain!

Narain Karthikeyan became the first Indian to drive a Formula 1 car during today’s test session at Silverstone.

The former British Formula 3 ace was having his long-promised run with Jaguar. He propped up the times in the morning session although he was scheduled for more laps in the afternoon.

Speaking before his run Karthikeyan said: "As the goal of my lifetime is in sight, I feel exhilarated and a little nervous. But I know that all that I have trained myself for over all these years has been leading up to this moment. I owe it to myself to succeed".

"I don't expect a lot. It will be the first time for me in a Formula 1 car. But I won't do silly things. I won't crash the car.''
