Good race today although Keselowski's debris ruined a first career win for Stenhouse.
Kyle Busch crashed out hard with Joey Logano. Matt Kenseth held off Kasey Kahne, sound familiar? |

I must admit I snickered when Busch took Logano out!
I didn't think the Matt Kenseth switcheroo to Gibbs would be a success. Steady win from Kenseth though and strong performance Kahne. Stenhouse's speed was interesting and no luck for Ambrose. |

What happened to Ambrose? I missed the race, saw he finished 20th on the lead lap & his team-mate was 8th...

Ambrose had a slow spin, Hornish spun and hit him in sympathy. Mears followed.
It's a pity for Hornish as he has only a few Cup outings this year. |

2 races in a row Ambrose has spun - better pull his finger out or back too Oz he will come in 2014...

The official language of motorsport is action and delivering results and that commands respect. Spending a considerable amount of time b1tching, feuding with your competitors, telling your crew chief about it all and philosophising constantly about being entitled to respect, will invite mockery. Debrief afterwards but there's nothing like having a zen like ability to focus on the race track whilst on the race track, staying silent bar a few remarks about set-up or a few affable morale boosting remarks with your chief during the yellow flag intervals. Results and courage command respect in short. Of course twitter, a media doing blanket coverage and hungry for controversy and the internet - all lends itself to feuding of this sort. It's a temptation that many drivers would do well do resist, Danica most of all. |

It was an okay race. I was hoping for better, but not bad. |
