Sunscreens, pass mot?
i want to get a sunscreen for my but... its a mot failure if
"Official stickers (parking permits, tax disc etc.) in the swept area in front of the driver will result in a fail if they are more than 10mm in diameter (40mm elsewhere)" source : http://www.motester.co.uk/cog.html my windscreen wipers would overlap the sunscreen, so my question is anyone got a sunscreen on their car and does it pass mots? --- also can you get sunsreens that are temporary, i.e. can be removed and re-applyed? |

I had a roadgoing Midget and used it in the MGCC Speed Champ. We had to have a sunscreen with advertising on it, and yes it failed the MOT (not in it's first year mind!) on the reasons you give.
