Great to see the Shannons series restart its season after the 2 month break between the 12 hour and wakefield park.
A pity to see Formula 3 still struggling for numbers but there are some great driver/car combos out there. |

Thanks Alfa,
V8 Touring cars is up to 11 cars, that's a huge jump on last year. Good stuff! I'm really looking forward to seeing Hossack's Audi in the flesh, it's awesome on TV. I reckon F3 will be good on a tight twisty track like Wakefield. |

Are you coming down to Wakefield David? I was meaning to catch up with you at Bathurst, but I ended up not catching up with many people at all as I was too busy taking pics

Steve Ingwersen's VS was originally built for Ron Searle, specifically for the Konica V8 Supercar Series. It ran in the Series for two years.

I couldn't believe how cold Wakefield was!!!
I overheard in race three that Jake had engine issues in the Mazda 3, something to do with the crank sensor or similar. The production cars had a pretty decent field, would be good to see more though. |

Great to see competitors supporting the APCC outside of the 12 hour. Hopefully this keeps up for the rest of the season

The Shannons National's sure do put on a great show. Couldn't make it to Wakefield but really looking forward to attending Eastern Creek and Oran Park later in the year.

I was at Wakefield Park on Friday and Saturday and had a great time, despite the weather. Kudos to WBR, they did well in the Subaru.

Ouch, and didn't he know it was going to hurt.
I reckon by his voice he was feeling every dollar long before he got to the trees. |
