The Supercar formula developed by former BTCC champion Andy Rouse have announced a provisional calendar this week although the series has yet to have any confirmed entries!
Rouse admitted that he has spoken to four different manufacturers about the 400bhp rear-wheel drive cars but as yet no one has committed. Series organisers BMP has said that the series will not go ahead unless a grid of at least 16 cars can be guaranteed. Date Circuit Apr 16 Brands Hatch Apr 29 Donington May 20 Thruxton Jun 3 Knockhill Jun 16 Oulton Park Jul 1 Castle Combe Jul 15 Silverstone Jul 29 Donington Aug 12 Croft Aug 27 Brands Hatch Sep 8 Oulton Park Sep 23 Snetterton Can anyone see this series actually running? |

Nah! Shame though, sound like it would be a lot more exciting to watch than the BTCC next year. But only if there were about 25 of them.
