Michael Schumacher seemed to have opened a new can of worms with his sentiments that McLaren driver Mika Hakkinen no longer seems like an alien this season compared to his driving in the 99 season, suggesting that the team made use of some form of traction control.
He said: 'Hakkinen seems not to be perfect on every occasion like he has been last year. In Barcelona I held on to my position which I had on the grid, and even in Silverstone I did a relatively good start. I can do similar starts to Hakkinen, who with the new rules, does not seem to be the alien of the last year.' |

*looks at Liz and just roars laughing*
No no...no no... come on..Burger once said that if Schumacher removed his helmut once more after a race, and had perfect hair..he would happily hit him..."Schumacher, the robot"...he is only looking to set Mika aside as an Alien, so he is not the only "abnormal non-human" one... On a serious note..I am a Schumi fan - everyone here knows that...but even I, am getting sick of the paranoia... Maybe the pins in his broken leg help? would they be considered driver aids? *covers my head with a blanket and hides* |

On a bit more serious note about his comment. It's a fact that the McLaren guys did rockets starts throughout '99, and '98 as well. I think they lost some of their advantage when the new rules were inforced. I think the did have a very sofisticated start system and the best engine-mapping. They have always been unbelieveable in starts and acceleration. I not saying they were cheating but on the limit on the rules.

All these stupid quotes to disturb the competition's balance ... urggghhh.
Can't anybody shut his mouth for two weeks and get into the car at the next GP and prove what he might wanted to put out, but was gentleman enough not to. Agh, sorry, I forgot, no more gentlemen, just kick and shout around in order to put more stress on your competitors. Make sure there are enough multiple interpretations around in your quotes and if accused always add the little positive meaning wich nobody had seen before probably. 'Alien? Ermm, as a matter of speaking. I meant a lot more relaxed etc ... blabla'. Very strange words for a man who was left standing at the start the last GP, only to see Mika blast off into the lead. Not an alien like last year? Who the heck was crying his heart out for throwing one hell of a victory away? Martian Mika according to the Natural One. So much for the friendly start of the season. Mika starts kicking at David in order to get Dennis into gear ... his gear. Barrichello is probably tormented with this kind of Schumacher thingies 24/7 and desperetaly dreams of all those happy days at Stewart and the fans? They get to read all this **** for the next five months. Gosh, we're so delighted ... |

Look, why can't we simply acknowledge it's aliens and be done with it?
You obviously haven't heard Bernie's latest scheme for a SECOND U. S. grand prix . . . at Roswell. |

Well since i was right on that, i think you should all beware of some other conspiracy theories i know of.. 1. Lassie the dog is to blame for Prost's poor performance. 2. Jacques hair is controled by Bernie...why i dont know... 3. Cubehead is half cyborg 4. Ralfie was adopted 5. Jenson is nothing more than Damon in a costume... The truth is out there..... |
