Nissan Pulsar/Sunny GTiR 1992 vintage.
A guy I work with has one of these, and is having all sorts of issues with MOT, and emissions. It should be running 3%, and is currently at 6. Does anyone have any good ideas?

depends if he travels; I know a good/sensible MOT place in Reading, owner has a very-modded RX7 and specialises in assisting jap import owners and similar issues.

The guys in the next unit to me deal with those little buzz boxes all the time, I'll ask tomorrow and get back The main trouble is that as they are on the cusp that year most people get rid of the catalytic converter ( or knock the centre out ) and some will pass it some won't, although if it was actually registered in 1992 then it should have one.
