[VASC19R28PECRD3] Penrite Oil Sandown 500, Sandown International Raceway, 8-10 Nov
So it's time to go retro at Sandown, the usual beginning.......I mean the now final round of the Endurance season and the Pirtek Enduro Cup. Can Red Bull Holden Racing Team continue their hot streak from the Gold Coast and their previous history at the track or will the newly built and minted DJR Team Penske #17 Mustang chassis continue it's predecessor's dominance? Only time will tell.
Let's do the time warp people! |

Can't be too many cars running retro liveries at Sandown, since a number of cars ran them at Bathurst.

Are Supercars even officially advertising it as retro round this year?
Will Supercars be paying any attention or homage to this being the last Sandown 500? |

Who is the reserve driver for #17? Premat?
Sometimes takes a year or more to recover from a big bang. |

Or the possibility of a Jason Richards' Team Dynamik inspired livery. Even more so since Simon Wills is also a former BJR driver.

LOVE the TEKNO entry
Car 18 actually reminded me of Bartletts #9 Camaro actually. The colors and bold numbering |

Was thinking about going but ticket prices are ridiculously expensive. Makes ARGs events look extremely good value!
