GP 4 on Xbox???
I remember reading last year that Crammond's GP4 was going to be released for the Xbox, but haven't really heard anything about it since. I believe the target date for it was June 2002, anyone know if that ever happened? It is certainly not available over here in the States , but is it available in Europe??

They never got the other versions right, so I doubt they bothered.

Shame really, as it was a fantastic series of games.

Xbox is woefully lacking for good racing games (here in the US, anyway). Come to think of it, all consoles here in the US are lacking 1/2 the titles available in other markets! I need to look into buying a TV that can accept PAL and NTSC, and buy myself a PAL PS2 and games next time I'm in Europe...

Well, Infogrames bought them out years ago, and they produced GP4 under Infogrames. They are also responsible for buying out the majority of ex-software houses, and then rebranding themselves as ATARI.

One of my friends works for MS, and through him I get all Xbox games published by MS for $20. I got PGR2 that way, but haven't played it too much yet... MotoGP 2 kicks major arse, though, I do enjoy that one. McRae 4 should come out in the US in March, looking forward to that as well. But that only brings my racing tally up to 3...

GP4 did get cancelled for the Xbox, but you can buy it for the PC.
