Toyota/BAR run three cars in test
http://www.autosport-atlas.com/news.aspx?id=45671&s=5
From what I read into this and from memory this is outside the agreed gentlemens agreement of only two cars between races. Whilst this is not the greatest crime as it's technically legal and they did hardly any laps Williams BMW in effect lost a few hours with Pizzonia's car yet only ran two cars at a time as well. I hope it's not another Honda/Toyota push in another series that they want to win 'at any cost'. As his Toyota team, as well as rivals BAR, ignored the complaints from rivals teams that they were breaching this year's testing agreement by running extra cars this week, Schumacher put an early off into the tyre barriers at Turn One behind him to edge out Jenson Button by one tenth of a second. |

Toyota & BAR break testing "agreement"?
Over on Autosport it states that Toyota and BAR found a loophole in the testing "agreement" and have been running "controvertially" today in Jerez.
PS. im on the verge of subscribing for Autosport, its making me mad not knowing these stories... |

Basically the agreement is you have no more than 2 cars per team testing.
BAR brought 4, Toyota 3, but made sure only 2 drivers were physically on the track at any one time.... |

Jerez today...3 Toyota drivers set times but only 2 BAR drivers ran today!
For those interested in trivia the track was quicker in the morning before it got too hot! |

Didn't BAR do this about a month ago after they had their "Nurburgring Knightmare", when Sato and Button were at Silverstone and Davidson was at Monza, they had 3 cars running that day, but only Davidson only ran when the 2 cars at Silverstone had stopped running?

I'm assuming that this is Ferrari's fault? Not quite sure how yet, but I'm sure it will be.

Anyway...surely rotating a bundle of drivers on a test day so that only two are on the circuit is pretty easy to do...hardly a loophole, more a complete reinterpretation! (i.e. those lovely old cockpit sides, boy were they pretty!)... |

Of course it is Ferrari's fault! Their aura of cheating has followed thermal streams and infected the nuerological pathways of the Head Honchos of the respective teams.
Self-evident. |

By the way the third Toyota at Jerez today was the 2.4 V8. |
