Yank Speedway Kart Racer new on Forum

Just want to say hi to the other kart racers on this forum, i might be the senior advisior as i am in my late 50's, started in karting in 1965 running a twin engine lay down enduro kart racing all IKF events in southern california, I been having a blast in them ever since having settled down in a OHV 4/cycle class racing dirt speedway in Arizona. I use a Buller off-set chassis with a 22HP 4/stroke on fuel as well as a Emmick chassis with a modified GX200 Honda OHV that produces 11 HP on pump gas. Have a blast and keep on karting!

Yay another speedway racer

Hi Everett
I to race speedway karts here in Oz. I race in the KT open class which is the Yamaha KT100S which has been slighly modified with a modified Arrow AX6 chassis (to give more ground clearance) but there is also Open which use CIK read and rotary engines and Junior"migets/rookies.

What engine do you use to get 22HP out of on fuel! The best 4 stroke (exect BALAND 250cc twin) here in Oz gets about 20HP (100cc Briggs OHV single) after extensive work useing methonol!

I have lots of questions i would like to ask but will leave it here this time.
hope you can reply soon
