T-star should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Car #300 - Dunlop Series

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned before:

Matter arising from DUNLOP SERIES – Round 1 Adelaide:

Following an investigation and an admission by Lucas Dumbrell Investments, that Car #300 had tested without permission at a venue (being “any road, surface or track upon which an automobile can be driven”) other than at a V8 Supercars Test Day, as revealed by a check of the ECU, and that the Car had been withdrawn from the series, the Stewards after considering all the relevant circumstances imposed a Fine of $10,000 totally suspended until 31/12/12.

Kristian Lindbom stated on his Twitter page that he had nothing to do with it and wasn't happy that it did.

Anyone know what went on and why they seem to have been let off lightly?

peckstar has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
has been mentioned t star, possibly in the clipsal thread, the though pattern was the boys took it for a lap in the car park as opposed to a track. wheels spinnin and the beavers grinnin

its also a development series ride, not a main game team

Pecky's correct ... in that it was a 'carpark burnout' type scenario.

However, I'm not sure about the quoted statement as a 'relevent circumstance'.

When I was involved in the 'development' series you entered every round as a separate event. You didn't 'enter' the 'whole series', so therefore you couldn't 'withdraw' per say! (there were however, some monetary rewards for ongoing consecutive entries to events).

Unless something has drastically changed in the last couple of years, there is nothing stopping that car being entered for the Perth round in May!
