Race car simulator Brands Hatch
Did anybody ever have a go in the single seater race car simulator under the main stand at Brands,at the time it was really hi tec,but compaired todays versions you can see how much more real they are.

Blimey! Don't remember that. When was it? Late 60s I guess?
Mind you, spent most of my time at Brands as a kid polishing the car for my Dad or lugging wheels etc through that tunnel to the pits. Didn't have much time to go and watch from the stands. ( or the simulator under them!) Most races I did see were from the so called Shell drivers / mechanics stand next to the Paddock Hill tunnel. |
